Our approach

Indian Wells Technologies ("IWT") builds this website with accessibility in mind and treats it as ongoing work rather than a finished checkbox. We use widely recognized accessibility guidance as a reference point when designing and updating pages.

• Text alternatives for images that convey information
• Labels tied to form fields, and forms that can be completed with a keyboard
• Visible focus styling for links, buttons, and inputs
• Attention to text size and color contrast on our dark interface

What we do not claim

We have not obtained an accessibility certification, and no third party has audited or certified this website. We do not claim that the site fully conforms to any particular accessibility standard or law, or that every page is free of barriers. Parts of the site may also rely on third-party services whose accessibility we do not control.

What we do commit to is a good-faith, continuing effort: when we learn about a barrier, we look at it and work to improve it.
